Professional review of one particular document, or a specific set of documents tied to one defined purpose — assessing clarity, consistency, completeness, and suitability for the intended immigration purpose. Does not include creating new documents.
Application Package Review
A comprehensive audit of the immigration application package you prepared. Vanessa reviews your forms, documents, letters and evidence in advance, provides a written findings report, and meets with you for a private 60-minute debrief before you submit.

Vanessa holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Immigration Law, Policies & Procedures from the University of British Columbia — where she developed deep expertise in Canadian immigration law. She is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and is a proud member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Before immigration, Vanessa built a career in finance and legal administration, and holds an MBA in Digital Media & Marketing alongside a Bachelor's in Administration — a well-rounded, detail-oriented foundation that shows up in how every file is prepared.
As a proud Canadian citizen who has been through the immigration process herself, Vanessa understands the hopes, the paperwork, and the quiet anxieties of moving to a new country. Her approach is holistic: technical precision paired with real empathy.
