Application Package Review
You prepare and submit the application. We carefully audit the complete package before it goes to IRCC.
The 60-minute duration refers to your private feedback meeting with Vanessa. Before that meeting, Vanessa reviews the complete application package you submitted — including forms, supporting documents, letters and evidence — and prepares a written report identifying corrections, missing information and potential concerns.
What's included
Led by Vanessa — RCIC-licensed, regulated by the CICC. The audit is done before you meet; the meeting is where it is explained.
- Advance review of one complete immigration application package prepared by you
- Review of the forms, supporting documents, letters and evidence you provide
- Cross-checking of dates, personal history, employment history and other information for consistency
- Assessment of the package against the requirements and document checklist for the intended application
- Identification of missing information, contradictory details and potentially weak evidence
- Identification of areas that may require clarification or correction before submission
- A written findings report, organized by priority: critical issues, important corrections and recommended improvements
- A private 60-minute Zoom meeting with Vanessa to explain the findings, answer questions and help you understand what should be corrected

The C$990 fee applies to the review of one standard application package. Applications involving previous refusals, inadmissibility concerns, procedural fairness letters, multiple connected applications or unusual complexity may require a different service or a customized quote. Prefer to have it done for you?
A package review audits the application you prepared and tells you what to fix. With Express Entry Full Representation, Vanessa prepares it, submits it, and stays with you until IRCC decides.
Full Representation is for Express Entry applications. If your package is for another program, or you would rather keep control and just want a second pair of eyes, this review is the right choice.
